All artwork, images, paintings, sketches, photographs, text, designs, logos, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Moumita Mukherjee (Mumuscape) and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All copyrights remain solely with the artist.

Artwork

Unless otherwise noted, all original paintings are sold unframed.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Every effort is made to represent each artwork as accurately as possible.

Sales & Returns

All sales are considered final.

If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Mumuscape within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so that an insurance claim or replacement solution can be explored.

Shipping

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with appropriate protection. Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Reproduction & Licensing

No artwork may be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for commercial purposes, published, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of the artist.This restriction applies to all forms of reproduction, including prints, merchandise, digital media, publications, advertising, and commercial displays.

Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, designs, branding, and other content associated with Mumuscape are protected intellectual property.

Without the artist's prior written consent, you may not:

Download, scrape, archive, or collect website content for datasets.
Use any artwork or images to train, test, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative models.
Create AI-generated derivatives based on the artwork.
Incorporate any content into datasets or synthetic media for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
